    Features

    • VASCUFIL™ polybutester sutures are nonabsorbable, sterile, surgical sutures composed of a copolymer of butylene terephthalate and polytetramethylene ether glycol
    • The suture is coated with Polytribolate™, an absorbable polymer of e-caprolactone / glycolide / poloxamer 188
    • The sutures are pigmented with Copper Phthalocyanine Blue
    • A continuous anastomosis using vascufil suture offers a greater cross sectional area of the lumen of an end-to-end anastomosis versus continuous polypropylene
    • The elasticity of vascufil enables the anastomosis to be closer to the native diameter of the vessel wall
    • Less chance of suture breakage and durable performance, resists damage from calcified tissue and grafts
    • Smooth passage through tissue, minimizes tissue trauma
    • Controlled elasticity, provides tactile feedback while in use. vascufil suture helps provide a large luminal opening in an end-to-end anastomosis compared to polypropylene sutures
