- Our high-quality polyurethane foam overlays feature an exclusive geometric design to help reduce pressure, especially on bony areas. Different cell sizes provide specific pressure relief to different body parts, particularly the trochanter and sacral areas, which are most vulnerable to pressure ulcers. Horizontal channel cuts allow air to circulate freely to dissipate body heat. The overlays are easy to set up and require low maintenance without pumps, valves or liquids. Designed for hospital or home use, the overlays meet fire code CAL 117 and have a soft and pliable Soft Skin® sleeve to protect overlay from moisture.
