Use these pure cellulose blotting papers in a variety of chromatographic techniques. Papers are produced from high-quality cotton linters with no additives, which helps ensure that contamination will not occur during the transfer steps. Papers are available in six grades: 1 CHR papers are 0.18mm thick with a linear flow rate (water) of 130mm/30 min. and provide good resolution for general analytical separations. 3MM CHR Papers are medium-thickness (0.34mm) with a flow rate of 130mm/30 min. and are used extensively for general chromatography and electrophoresis. 17MM CHR paper is 0.92mm thick, has a flow rate of 190mm/30min. and is suitable for the heaviest loadings for preparative paper chromatography and electrophoresis. 31ET CHR paper is 0.50mm thick, has a flow rate of 225mm/30 min. and is mainly used in electrophoresis of large molecules. GB003 paper is a 0.8mm thick general-purpose blotter. GB004 papers are 1.0mm thick and are used for wicking purposes only.
