- ACE LDH-L Reagent is intended for the quantitative determination of lactate dehydrogenase activity in serum using the ACE and ACE AleraŽ Clinical Chemistry Systems
- The ACE LDH-L Assay is a modification of the Wacker procedure, which utilizes the forward L-P reaction
- Unopened ACE LDH-L Reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the box and bottle labels when stored in the refrigerator at 2-8°C
- Once opened, the reagents are stable for 30 days when stored on the ACE or ACE Alera Clinical Chemistry System
- 3 X 9.2 mL LDH-L Coenzyme
- 3 X 9.2 mL LDH-L Substrate
- ACE LDH-L Reagents (substrate and coenzyme) are provided as ready to use liquids
- Clear, unhemolyzed serum is the preferred sample
