RK-3000 K-Thermia™ Hypo/Hyperthermia Unit - Microprocessor-based simplicity makes our K-Thermia™ hypo/hyperthermia unit simple to operate. The unit features separate heating and cooling reservoirs that respond quickly when switching between warming and cooling modes and dual over-temperature systems for quick temperature adjustment, helping to ensure patient safety and comfort. Manual and automatic modes offer flexibility for warming and cooling patients by establishing a blanket temperature or patient temperature set point. Easy-to-read digital displays continuously show set point and patient temperatures when in auto mode, and a Fahrenheit/Celsius soft key switch instantly converts the displayed temperature reading. The unit also has a safety alarm, which can be halted for 2 minutes, permitting you to correct an error condition. Single directional wheels allow for easy transport, and storage space on the back of the unit provides room for extra blankets and probes.
