Provides absorption capacity for up to 7 days. Foam is now modified to provide faster fluid uptake. Non-Adherent wound contact layer. ALLEVYN Non-Adhesive dressings have a polyurethane wound contact layer which prevents adherence to the wound surface. Improved profiled dressing design for enhanced patient comfort. ALLEVYN Non-Adhesive now with sealed and shaped edges, protects against leakage of exudate and provides increased conformability to body contours. Improved patient comfort and convenience for the clinician. Reduced risk of maceration ALLEVYN Non-Adhesive dressings are soft and cushioning, giving excellent patient comfort and protection and contributing to a pressure reduction protocol. The top film of ALLEVYN Non-Adhesive prevents strikethrough of excess exudate and provides an effective barrier to bacteria and minimises risk of cross-contamination.
