(Philips Respironics) ASSESS peak flow meters feature zone clips on the side of each meter that allows patients and doctors to use either a three- or four-zone management system to monitor and treat asthma conditions. The clips help patients understand their peak flow readings by making it simple to locate their personal #safety,# #caution# and #danger# peak flow zones and follow doctors# orders in treating conditions for each zone. The meters are made of impact-resistant, clear polycarbonate and have an easy-to-read scale that measures either low or full flow ranges from 30 to 390 L/min in 5 L/min increments or 60 to 880 L/min in 10L/min increments, respectively. Both meters are designed to meet ATS standards for accuracy and precision. Size: 8.0"L x 1.5"W; thickness: 1.3". Disposable one-way valve mouthpieces are available, offering protection from cross contamination during multipatient screenings.
